Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail and dispatch orders every weekday.

Please note that UK Special Delivery orders must be placed before 11am to qualify for next working day delivery.

We also offer free UK and international shipping on orders over £130.

Can I return an item?

While we do not offer returns on vintage, sample sale, or archive sale items, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on remass originals within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability.

Items must be unworn, with labels still attached, and in their original condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return and exchange postage.

To arrange an exchange, please contact our support team at exchange@remass.co.uk to receive a return postage quote.

Once confirmed, please ensure that return shipping is paid in full via PayPal. Payments should be sent to danielle@remass.co.uk, with your order number and name included as the payment reference.

Please also download and complete our exchange form to include with your return in order for the exchange to be processed.

How do I arrange a return?

You can request a return through your order history in your account. Simply select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for the return.

After submitting your request, please contact our support team at team@remass.co.uk so we can provide further instructions.

Once your return has been approved by our team, please download and complete our returns form and include it in your package.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original, unused and unworn condition, with tags still attached, in order for the return to be accepted.

Can I return an item purchased online?

Archive sale items, final sale items, and full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

How can I track my item?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery. If you cannot find your tracking information, please contact our team at team@remass.co.uk for assistance.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our team as soon as possible at team@remass.co.uk. As we dispatch orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has been processed.

Where are your products made?

Our remass originals are handmade in the UK with love using end-of-the-line fabrics that would otherwise go to waste.

Our vintage pieces are ethically sourced and handpicked from around the world, giving pre-loved garments a second life.

How do I make sure I ordered the right size?

For remass originals, please refer to the individual size guide listed on each product page to help you choose the best fit.

For vintage items, please carefully check the measurements and description provided in the listing, as sizing can vary between pieces. If you have any further questions, feel free to email our team for assistance.

What are your shipping costs?

UK First Class (1–5 working days) – £4

UK Special Delivery (next working day by 1pm for orders placed before 11am) – £11

International Tracked Delivery – £16

How do I hear about restocks?

The best way to stay updated on restocks and new remass originals is by signing up to our mailing list. Our subscribers are the first to hear about new drops, restocks, and exclusive releases.

Where can I find more Remass vintage pieces?

You can shop more of our vintage collection on our Depop, Vinted and Asos.
These platforms feature additional Remass vintage pieces that may not be available on our website or in store.

Can I shop Remass in real life?

Yes! You can shop remass in person at our Brick Lane store, where you can browse our vintage collection and remass originals, try on items, and experience the brand in real life.

Do you accept returns or exchanges for items bought in store?

Due to the unique nature of our vintage pieces, vintage items are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of purchase.

remass originals may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned unworn, in its original condition, and with a valid receipt.

To arrange an exchange or return, please bring the item and receipt to our store or contact our team for further assistance.

Can I return an item in store that I purchased online, or vice versa?

At this time, online and in-store purchases must be handled separately. We are unable to process in-store returns or exchanges for items purchased online, and store purchases must be returned or exchanged through the store according to our in-store policy.

Can I buy an item in store that I saw online?

Our vintage stock online is different from what is available in store, as most pieces are one-of-one and move quickly.

Are your vintage pieces one-of-one?

Most of our vintage pieces are one-of-one, meaning once they sell, they are unlikely to be restocked. Because vintage items are sourced individually, each piece is unique and available in very limited quantities.

Do you restock remass originals?

Some remass originals may be restocked, depending on fabric availability. As our pieces are made using end-of-the-line fabrics, restocks are often limited or produced in small batches. For the latest updates on restocks and new drops, we recommend joining our mailing list.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we offer both physical gift cards (available in store) and online gift cards.

Both can be used in store and online. Simply present the gift card code or email at the till when making your purchase, or enter the code at checkout online.
